Outlook

Confident about the future: Not only was the past financial year extremely successful—we also expect the current financial year 2026/27 to develop positively.

  • Growth trend continues: For the current financial year 2026/27, SWIETELSKY expects a moderate increase in construction output while maintaining a stable and attractive level of profitability. This forecast is based on growth in all core markets.
  • Future growth drivers: Strong drivers of our growth include general infrastructure construction, investment in the energy and water sectors, as well as forward-looking timber and timber-hybrid construction. This confirms the growing interest in sustainable investment. Building construction and civil engineering are also making a significant contribution to growth. With these positive trends and our record order backlog, we look to the future with great confidence.
